Dalat International School provides a solid athletic
extra-curricular & co-curricular program for students who possess the
motivation & desire to excel in the physical realm beyond the classroom.
Dalat organizes a 2-day Malaysian tournament meaning 1 in which both
local & international schools are invited, in the major sports of basketball
& football/soccer. Dalat is the only school in Malaysia, local or
international that does this sort of sporting event.
There are numerous opportunities to participate in a wide
variety of activities, all of which strive to abide by our Sport
Mission Statement, which reads:
"Through sports, we will: Love God and our neighbors as ourselves;
Honor God in thought, word and deed;
and as Ambassadors for Christ,
bring glory to the name of Jesus Christ."
Elementary students are eligible to participate in a number of school sports
including: baseball, basketball, soccer, badminton, taekwondo, and track &
field.
 All
HS/U18 sports are open to students in the 9th to 12th
grade; while MS/U15 are for students in the 6th to 9th
grade.
