Fostering a Love of Reading and Learning

The main focus of the library and its staff team is to foster a love of reading and learning. Our goal is to encourage and inspire students and adults to find joy in discovery and challenge them to become life-long learners. Library Programs

Especially for our Younger Readers

ES & MS Battle of the Books

Each year the library hosts reading competitions called Battle of the Books (BOB) for ES students in grades 1-4 and MS students in grades 5-6. Students enjoy reading while working in teams to read a variety of great books over several weeks. Parents are invited to come cheer and see who wins. Of course, all our students are winners just by reading so many good books!
