Dalat Middle School (Grades 5-8) is a pivotal period of maturing transformation.
At Dalat, we actively guide students from childhood to young adulthood, helping them develop healthy peer relationships, explore diverse interests, and establish the academic habits necessary for long-term success.
Students receive a robust, well-rounded education. Beyond core subjects like Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Science, we offer quality educational experiences across a wide spectrum, including Band, Art, Educational Technology, Afterschool Clubs and Athletics.
We prioritize meaningful connections through structured activities:
Semester Retreats: Kick-off events focused on team and relationship formation.
Advisory: Students in Grades 5-8 have a daily advisory meetings at the start of each day. This meeting is dedicated to social emotional learning and team building.
Service Learning opportunities: Each semester grade levels will participate in a service project in the Penang community
Our highly qualified teachers utilize active, engaging, and academically rigorous learning techniques. We ensure every student can thrive with comprehensive support from our counselor, ESL, and Learning Support s team.
