When asked “what do you want from life?” a majority of people will answer with one word, “success”. It is something we not only hope for in our own lives, but definitely something we wish for our children. We want them to be successful in life.
Author Richard St. John wrote the book “8 To Be Great: The 8 Traits Successful People Have in Common.” The book has been called “the ultimate guide to success” and is the result of 10 years of research and over 500 face-to-face interviews with successful people like Bill Gates, Richard Branson, Steven Spielberg, etc. Eventually all of this research and analysis led to him to “discover” 8 common traits that are found in successful people.
Number one on his list is passion – successful people love what they do. Over the coming few weeks and months we will continue to look at our theme, Spark: The Power to Ignite, by studying and discussing the topic of passion and the life changer that it can be.
