Scouts

Adventures in Scouting

Dalat International School offers Scouts for students in grades 5-12 for students over the age of 11 years old. We’re a family troop so we welcome the whole family to join, both boys and girls.

A group of people, wearing bright-colored shirts, are hiking through a lush, green forest with tall trees and dense vegetation surrounding them.

Outdoor Activities

The scouting program provides many opportunities for the troop to participate in fun outdoor adventure, including hikes, campouts, cycling, and swimming with an emphasis on building character and leadership.

Merit Badges

During our weekly meetings the scouts work on advancing rank by rank through the Scout levels, as well as participate in workshop activities to earn merit badges run by experts from Dalat and committed parent-leaders.

Friendship & Service

Activities such as group games foster teamwork with an emphasis on developing new skills and building strong friendships. Service in our community is also a big component of the scouting program.
