Music, drama, and visual arts are an integral part of each student’s experience at Dalat. In the classroom, students learn the joy of creation and exploration. They also apply their artistic abilities in numerous performance and exhibition opportunities throughout the year, including the capstone event — Dalat’s Fine Arts Festival — at the end of each school year.
The Music program focuses on high-quality performance, literacy, and appreciation.
Dalat’s Drama program is a creative blend of disciplines, emphasizing not only dramatic performance but also stagecraft, dramatic writing, and multimedia production.
The Visual Arts program introduces students to the building blocks of visual arts, design, and sculpture, incorporating concepts in language, line, shape, color, value, and texture.
