Becoming a Dalat Student

Please look through the forms to ensure that you have all the information and data needed to complete the forms. Each form will require repetitive information (e.g. student name, address) that can be copied and pasted to save time.

Pre-K to Grade 12 Student Application

Important:
Once you create your account, you may need to click on the Powerschool Registration link again from this page to be able to log in with your newly created account.

Complete the online Student Application form for Preschool/Kindergarten to Grade 1-12, include a recent photo, and submit them to the school with the application and testing fee.

PK—Grade 12 Applications: RM600
Testing fee, as needed: RM200

For Grades 1-12, if your child is at a US or International school that conducts annual standardized testing such NWEA MAP, please consult the admissions director on whether or not the testing fee is needed.

Follow the instructions for having the supplementary forms completed and sent to the school (Teacher Reference Form, Principal/Counselor Reference Form, Student Health Form, Physical Evaluation).

Enrollment Process

  • Application
     Submit application with required documents. Application will not be approved until complete.
  • Review
     Admissions Committee will review the application and either decline enrollment, offer enrollment, or waitpool the student. You will be notified.
  • Registration
     This is after your child has been accepted. This is when you will be asked to submit further information as well as the physical evaluation and immunization records.
  • PowerSchool
     Register with your snapcode here.

Grade 1-12 Student Application

Complete the online Student Application form for Grade 1-12, include a recent photo, and submit them to the school with the application and testing fee of RM800.

Boarders Only

New Students to Dalat

Boarding is available for students in grades 6-12. This link will begin your application to Dalat. You will need to complete all the checklist items in the application including the parent boarding form and the student boarding form.

Day students applying for dorm

If you are presently a student at Dalat and want to become a boarding student, please follow these links. You will need to fill out the parent boarding form and the student boarding form.

Transcripts Request Form

Ask your son’s or daughter’s current school to issue a complete transcript (for high school) or school records (for middle school and elementary) with most recent grades and have it sent to Dalat.

An official transcript is required for High School credits to transfer, but an unofficial copy will be accepted for planning and scheduling.

Health Information

After enrollment but before starting school, download and print the Physical Evaluation Form, have a physician fill out & sign. Then, please scan the form and e-mail it to admissions@dalat.org. While this is not required with the main application, it is due the week before school starts.

School Policy for Vaccinations

  • Diptheria, Tetanus, Pertussis*
    3 dose series with boosters.
  • Varicella**
    2 dose series.
  • Hepatitis B
    3 dose series
  • Polio
    3 dose series with booster.
  • Measles, Mumps and Rubella
    2 dose series.

NOTE: Vaccination record must be submitted along with medical report.

If you attended Dalat International School within the last 12 months, left, and are now returning you will only need to fill out this Student Returnee Application.

Already Received an Enrollment Offer?

If you have received an enrollment offer from Dalat International School and have also received the invitation for PowerSchool Registration, please REGISTER with us. Remember to have your ‘Snapcode’ ready.
