It is with heavy hearts that we announce the loss of Emily Adams, daughter of Dalat alumnus Todd Adams (’88) and his wife Debbie, on October 4. Emily, who was 21 year old, passed away in Arkansas, United States, following a car accident.
Todd and Debbie are missionaries with the Christian & Missionary Alliance in Papua, Indonesia, but are currently on home assignment in Toccoa Falls, Georgia. Todd is also cousin to current Dalat staff member Jacki Steinkamp, and he and Debbie led the Missions Emphasis Week (MEW) at Dalat in 2013.
Emily’s grandparents, Virg and Bonnie Adams, were dorm parents at Dalat in the high school girls’ dorm at Dalat in the 1980s. Her uncle, Chad Adams (’87), also was on staff at Dalat in the early 2000s.
