Math 4

The Grade 4 interactive math program models real-life mathematical applications. Students are encouraged to master multi-digit multiplication and division so they may more readily solve a variety of math problems with precision. Students are encouraged to solve problems in multiple ways to deepen their problem-solving and reasoning skills. Use of manipulatives makes work on estimating, multiplying and dividing, probability, graphs, geometry, and measurement more understandable and engaging.

Students frequently work in groups to develop their skills as cooperative and collaborative learners. Math is integrated into science, social studies, language arts, music, computer, and art.
