Chemistry

In Chemistry, students will have a broad introduction to the fundamentals of the subject. Topics include measurement and chemical calculations, atomic structure, the periodic table and chemical compounds, kinetic theory and gases, chemical reactions, bonding and intermolecular forces, solutions, thermochemistry, and acid-base chemistry. 

Students will learn the basic vocabulary of chemistry, logical thinking, and deduction skills. The process behind experimentation will be a focus, including designing experiments, interpreting data, and analyzing error.
