Fitness I is a semester course that focuses on preventive healthcare from a fitness perspective. This course helps students analyze their own personal fitness level with the goal of improving. Coursework involves a detailed study of strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, body composition, and cardiovascular fitness.
Throughout this course, students will also learn about other factors that contribute to a high level of physical health in order to help them become all that God intends them to be.
