Graphic Design

Graphic Design is a project-based course that develops a student’s ability to understand design principles, image editing, and illustration techniques to produce projects for print and digital platforms. Topics will cover basic terminology and graphic design principles, introduction to the fundamentals of design, and typography.

Students will be introduced to tools and techniques used in today’s communications industry using the Affinity suite software. Projects may include brand identity elements, brochures, company packaging, and school-based publications.
