Modern World History examines the world from 1500 to present day through providing students with the tools used by historians. Students will learn to interpret history through the lenses of chronology, contextualization, and continuity-and-change-over-time.
Through this chronological study, students will apply the historical themes of Conflict and Connections, Geography, Culture, Economy, Societal Structures, and Government to each period of history.
