Exploring Technology Applications

Exploring Technology Applications will emphasize the use of computers and technology that will be useful throughout a student’s high school, college, and future careers.

The course focuses on using and understanding the basic components and processes of the computer, spreadsheet software (MS Excel), and presentation software (MS PowerPoint). The student will choose a topic for the fourth module out of three applications to study. Options will include word processing software (MS Word), desktop publishing software (MS Publisher), or database software (MS Access).
