Annual Fund FAQ
The Annual Fund is more than just a fundraiser; it is a community-wide event. By working together, we can make Dalat an even better place for our students.
Tuition covers the daily costs of running the school. The Annual Fund goes further. It brings in the “extras” that enrich learning, build community, and create meaningful experiences. Your donations are an investment in our children to fulfill our mission of providing an exceptional education for life!
Your gifts have provided for hundreds of projects, including health equipment, Learning Lab upgrades, new instruments, resources for service projects, emerging technology, and much more!
The Annual Fund provides additional resources for students above what tuition covers. Your annual support of this fund raising campaign is an investment in our children to fulfill the goal of providing an education for life.
Annual Fund is a community wide initiative that brings together Dalat families, students, staff, and school board members. Everyone is encouraged to get involved, whether through giving, inviting others to give, or partnering with us in prayer. We are thrilled to share that every member of our School Management Team – including our Head of School, principals, and directors – has already given toward this year’s Annual Fund! Alumni and former staff have even joined in, showing that the spirit of generosity extends well beyond our current community.

We are asking everyone to give what they are able and with a joyful heart. The important thing is that everyone participates.
Request for gifts to remain anonymous will be honored, and the donor’s name will not appear on any public acknowledgement. However, a name is needed for financial processing purposes.
Unfortunately, in Malaysia, gifts are not tax deductible since Dalat is not a registered non-profit. However, US-based donors may give through RCE to receive a tax deduction.
