The really cool thing is that their story is not just one that teaches about optimism – it is about what optimism itself can do.

We have been looking at optimism this quarter and talking about how we can encourage our kids to be optimistic. The following video is the story of two brothers who started a business selling t-shirts out of a van and built it into a clothing company worth more than 100 million dollars today. The really cool thing is that their story is not just one that teaches about optimism – it is about what optimism itself can do. Their t-shirt company is called “Life is Good”, and their t-shirts are created and made to promote being optimistic. The video is a short one, but is a story that will uplift and encourage you. Click on the link and see why life is good at a company called “Life is Good”.

If you enjoyed the video and want to learn more about how it all happened, you can watch this TED Talk where one of the brothers, Bert Jacobs, tells their story.
