As we pause and reflect on thankfulness this week, please take some time to remember God’s blessings and faithfulness in your life.

When I was in elementary school, we had a Thanksgiving performance every November. And every year, all of the students recited Psalm 100. After memorizing and reciting the same Psalm from kindergarten – third grade, it has a permanent place in my heart and mind.

As we pause and reflect on thankfulness this week, please take some time to remember God’s blessings and faithfulness in your life. Praise him because he is good and loving. Thank him for being our creator and shepherd.

Psalm 100

Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs. Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.

Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.
