Diversity & Cultural Awareness

Mission

The Cultural Intelligence Task Force has been formed to assess the current cultural climate of the school related to GRACE, to solicit feedback from constituent groups, and to formulate a strategic plan in targeting identified needs unique to our school community.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are very important at Dalat because they enrich the experiences of our entire Dalat community and prepare our students to lead.

Vision

We want the Dalat community to develop cultural intelligence for the purpose of peace-making, promoting justice, practicing humility, and pursuing truth.

We Believe

God created each of us uniquely and with equal value.
• Understanding our identity in Christ fosters unity.
• Differences enrich our cultural experiences and broaden our perspectives.
• The Bible provides our framework for understanding GRACE.
